We the undersigned demand that Administrative Law Judge David Braithwaite be immediately relieved of their duties due to gross dereliction of duty. It has become clear that Administrative Law Judge David Braithwaite lacks the wisdom required to fulfill their duties as an Administrative Law Judge.

The case that Administrative Law Judge David Braithwaite revealed their lack of wisdom in rendering an appropriate decision was a probation revocation for Jessica Kasten. The Marathon County Probation office requested the revocation after Ms. Kasten willfully drove while intoxicated, a violation of her terms of probation, with her young children in the vehicle. Her children were not in proper restraints for their age as required by law. Ms. Kasten also faces Operating Under the Influence charges as well as a charge of obstructing an Officer stemming from the violations that lead to the revocation request.
Administrative Law Judge David Braithwaite did not revoke Ms. Kasten's probation, which is a gross dereliction of duty. His stated reasons were that she expressed remorse and the violation was not significant enough to require revocation.

Ms. Kasten was placed on Probation because of Felony Child Neglect, case number 2007CF000246, which resulted in the death of her infant son.

Not only is Administrative Law Judge David Braithwaite derelict in his responsibilities in keeping Ms. Kastens surviving children safe, but also is derelict in their responsibility to keep the public safe.
