Right to Legitimate Marriage Covenant

To:  U.S. Congress

Background:

Family court attorneys and judges thrive financially by plundering families, denying justice to the faithful and their children, and operating in an environment where the financial interests of the attorneys may be directly opposed to that of their clients. Fundamental rights defended by the Constitution are routinely denied.

For instance, an attorney hired to protect child custody for his or her client may find it more lucrative to throw the case to the opposition and send the child to the unfit spouse since this is more likely to bring return courtroom business than were justice and protection to be preserved.

Very typically, an unfaithful spouse, whether husband or wife, will make the faithful spouse feel threatened and forced to leave the house. After the faithful spouse leaves, the unfaithful spouse will often file a restraining order, obtain possession of the house, use that to obtain custody of the children, move the partner in adultery into the house, and then use the financial burden of the children to rob the faithful spouse of money under the pretense of child support and spousal support. And, as long as they live in the house together in sin without getting married legally, the adulterous couple can now enjoy an income from three working adults while the faithful spouse suffers.

Therefore,

The people of the United States of America mandate that Congress, state governments, and the courts comply with Article I Section 10 of the US Constitution as it applies to the right of a man and a woman to enter into a legally binding agreement of marriage.

No marriage will be dissolved without consent of both parties except by fault according to the conditions of the marriage covenant agreed to by the married couple. Where no covenant has been established, fault shall be for reason of adultery, willful abandonment, cruelty, or the filing of a wrongful divorce or wrongful restraining order not for purpose of safety but for fraudulently obtaining control of child custody and possession of shared assets.

Congress, state governments, and the courts must comply with amendments 6 and 7 of the Bill of Rights which prohibits the deprivation of liberty and property without due process of law. The people of the United States of America declare it is a violation to deprive innocent spouses and their children of shared family assets or liberty to live together except where fault is proved to an impartial jury.

The courts shall comply with Amendment I of the Bill of Rights prohibiting the courts from ruling in matters of religion. The courts are thereby prohibited from ruling in favor of a contested divorce based on irreconcilability, insuperability of a marriage, or any matter which cannot be proved and is a matter of personal belief or conviction.

Where both spouses are found at fault, the divorce will be denied. No filing of divorce may cite faults prior to or including the previous failed divorce filing where both parties were found at fault.

Congress, state governments, and the courts shall rigorously protect the right of any party to choose their own legal representation without limitation. No citizen asked to represent another shall be deprived of the right to do so. It is the parties in court who are to be represented—not the interests of the representatives or their licensing bodies.

Where these laws are violated, the rights of the parties to redress will not be denied.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
