Submissions/Objections to proposed high-rise development in Clonburris/South Lucan

I, Derek Keating, wish to express my concerns on the proposed high-rise development on the Clonburris lands, South Lucan, off Griffeen Avenue, put forward by Shelbourne Development Ltd. to South Dublin County Council. I want to assist the community by co-ordinating a community-wide response to this proposed development with my colleagues and party.


In addition as Chairman of the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee, I have requested this proposed development to be discussed in detail at the next Planning Department Meeting on Wednesday 20th May. It will also help me to help you if local residents, representatives of local Residents Associations, Community Groups etc., could attend this meeting in an observer capacity. I will be leading the debate on this proposed development and I will be bringing all your concerns to this meeting. I will also be endeavouring to notify local families of all relevant details in the meantime.
