It is time Mark Hallburn of Hurricane, WV gets on his knees and begs for our forgiveness. We our tired of his bullying, harassing, lying, blogging, cheating, defrauding, and eating. I ask anyone who has ever been the victim of Mark Hallburn to sign this online petition to get him get on his knees, and publicly apologize to anyone and everyone he has ever wronged in the Putnam County, West Virginia Town Hall on a date to be named later.
