This petition is directed towards the Pine Rivers Shire Council. The signatures listed in this petition consitute persons who believe that Lakeside International Raceway should be re-opened, and racing allowed at the circuit.

Established in the 1961, Lakeside is the home of motorsport in Queensland, having twice held the Australian Grand Prix as well as club level, national, and internation events.

We believe that circuit should be opened once again, providing financial benefits to the region, the prospect of increased tourism to the area, and making our roads safer by providing a place to legally race motor vehicles.
