As a visitor to Hawaii, I object to the inclusion of the expansion of the Turtle Bay Resort in the Koolauloa Sustainable Community Plan. The plan is no longer consistent with the communitys sustainability goals and should be amended to cancel the provision that exempts the resort from complying with current laws, conditions, and community objectives.
