Amend the Ko’olauloa Sustainable Community Plan

To:  Ko'olauloa and North Shore Sustainability Plan Committees

As a visitor to Hawai’i, I object to the inclusion of the expansion of the Turtle Bay Resort in the Ko’olauloa Sustainable Community Plan. The plan is no longer consistent with the community’s sustainability goals and should be amended to cancel the provision that exempts the resort from complying with current laws, conditions, and community objectives.
