Petition for allowing dogs in Greek public transport (EN)
In Greece pets and especially dogs are not allowed entrance in most of the public transport vehicles. At least 1.500.000 Greeks own dogs and at least 16.000.000 tourists are visiting Greece per year, many of them with their dogs. All these people when they try to use public transportation are called to deal with a situation present in no other Country of EU. Dogs are not allowed entrance, while on leash, to buses, trams and trains in Greece! The mandatory use of a crate, which in some cases is also not allowed, makes the transportation of medium and large dogs by public means of transportation impossible.
With this petition we demand what should be obvious for an EU country. Provided that the dogs are not aggressive they should be able to escort their owners in any public transport vehicle. By paying tickets like any other passengers our dogs should be able to travel with us. Tourists and permanent citizens should be able to carry their friends easily around Greece without being obliged to own or rent a car in order to do so!

Αίτηση για να επιτραπεί η είσοδος των σκύλων στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς (EL)
Στην Ελλάδα τα κατοικίδια και κυρίως οι σκύλοι δεν επιτρέπται να έχουν πρόσβαση στα περισσότερα Μ.Μ.Μ. Τουλάχιστον 1.500.000 Έλληνες έχουν σκύλο και 16.000.000 τουρίστες επισκέπτονται την Ελλάδα ετησίως -πολλοί από αυτούς μαζί με τα σκυλιά τους. Όλοι αυτοί οι άνθρωποι όταν επιχειρούν να μετακινηθούν με τα Μ.Μ.Μ καλούνται να αντιμετωπίσουν μια κατάσταση που δεν υφίσταται σε άλλες χώρες της Ε.Ε. Οι σκύλοι δεν επιτρέπεται να έχουν πρόσβαση σε τραίνα, λεωφορεία και τραμ στην Ελλάδα ακόμα και οταν είναι δεμένοι με λουρί! Η υποχρεωτική μετακίνηση σε κλουβί, η οποία πολλές φορές επίσης απαγορεύεται, καθιστά αδύνατη τη μεταφορά- με τη χρήση Μ.Μ.Μ- σκύλων μεσαίου και μεγάλου μεγέθους.
Με αυτήν την αίτηση απαιτούμε το προφανές για μία χώρα της Ευρωπαϊκής ένωσης. Υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι οι σκύλοι δεν είναι επιθετικοί θα πρέπει να μπορούν να συνοδεύουν τα αφεντικά τους στα Μ.Μ.Μ. Πληρώνοντας εισιτήριο όπως οι υπόλοιποι επιβάτες οι σκύλοι μας πρέπει να μπορούν να ταξιδεύουν μαζί μας . Οι τουρίστες αλλά και οι μόνιμοι κάτοικοι οφείλεται να μπορούν να ταξιδεύουν μαζί με τους φίλους τους στην Ελλάδα χωρίς να υποχρεούνται να διαθέτουν η να νοικιάζουν αμάξι για να το καταφέρουν!

Petition zur Mitführung von Hunden in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Griechenland (DE)
In Griechenland dürfen Haustiere, insbesondere Hunde, in den meisten öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht frei mitgeführt werden. Mindestens 1.500.000 Griechen sind Hundebesitzer und mindestens 16.000.000 Touristen besuchen jedes Jahr Griechenland, viele mit ihren Hunden. All jene stehen vor einem Problem, das es so in keinem anderen Land der Europäischen Union (EU) gibt, wenn sie versuchen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen. Hunde, die an der Leine geführt werden, haben keinen freien Zugang zu Bussen, Strassenbahnen und Zügen in Griechenland! Mit der verordneten Benutzung einer Hundebox, die auch nicht immer zum Mitführen berechtigt, ist es nicht möglich große und mittelgroße Hunde zu transportieren.
Mit dieser Petition fordern wir, was eigentlich selbstverständlich für ein Land in der EU sein sollte. Hunde, die kein aggressives Verhalten zeigen, sollen die Möglichkeit haben, ihre Besitzer in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu begleiten. Durch das Lösen einer Fahrkarte, wie für jeden anderen Passagier, sollen auch unsere Hunde mit uns fahren dürfen. Touristen und Bürger sollen in der Lage sein, ihre vierbeinigen Freunde mitzuführen, ohne dafür ein Auto zu besitzen oder zu mieten!

Pétition pour l’autorisation des chiens dans les transports publics grecs (FR)
En Grèce, les chiens et autres animaux de compagnies sont interdits à bord des transports publics. Au moins 1,5 millions de Grecs possèdent un chien, et nombreux sont les touristes qui voyagent avec un chien parmi les 16 millions qui visitent les pays chaque année. Toutes ces personnes sont confrontées à un problème qui n’existe dans aucun autre pays de l’UE quand elles essaient d’utiliser les transports en commun. En effet, les chiens même tenue en laisse ne sont pas autorisés à bord des bus, tramways, et trains grecs! L’obligation de les mettre en cage rend le transport des chiens de moyenne ou grande taille impossible dans les transports publics.
Ce que nous réclamons avec cette pétition devrait aller de soi pour un pays membre de l’UE. Tant qu’ils ne sont pas agressifs, les chiens devraient être autorisés à accompagner leur maître dans tous les transports publics. Nos chiens doivent pourvoir voyager avec nous en payant un ticket comme les autres passagers. Les touristes ainsi que les personnes résidant en Grèce doivent pouvoir transporter leurs amis à travers le pays sans être obligées de louer une voiture!

Petizione per il permesso del ingresso degli animali domestici nei mezzi publici (IT)
In Grecia gli animali domestici, e sopratutto I cani non sono permessi nei mezzi pubblici, come treni, autobus ecc. Circa 1.500.000 della popolazione greca ha in casa un cane, 16.000.000 sono i turisti che visitano la Grecia ogni anno, molti tra i quali portano il loro amatissimo cane con loro. Ogni qual volta uno si dovesse spostare con un mezzo pubblico si trova di fronte ad una situazione che non esiste negli altri stati membri dell’Unione Europea. Le persone che non hanno un loro mezzo non possono spostarsi con Fido!
Con questa petizione vogliamo esprimere il nostro disapprovo.
I Cittadini Greci hanno il diritto di potersi spostare e viaggiare, come tutti i cittadini membri del Unione Europea e non devono essere obbligati a dovere aver un mezzo o affittarlo per poter avere come compagno di vita un animale domestico!
