Keep Dogs at BCIT!

Hi guys, You may have heard about the policy BCIT is trying to implement which would forbid pets on campus (with the exclusion of pets helping those with disabilities). A dozen teachers will be affected by the policy as they all bring their lovable pets to school on a regular basis

The policy has been drafted and the teachers have until the end of May to make their voices heard.

If our voices aren't heard many of the teachers we love at BCIT risk not bring their awesome dogs to school with them everyday. Everyone I have talked to fully supports having dogs at school but we need BCIT to realize our support. Sign this petition which will be given directly to the BCIT policy makers. I also strongly encourage writing a letter directly to BCIT that states why you think BCIT should reverse their new policy.
