Mayor Plusquellic has lied to, abused, and insulted the citizens of Akron and city employees for decades. Mayor Plusquellic mortgaged our future by burdening us with an outrageous debt of $760 million dollars or about $4,000 for every person in the city. Mayor Plusquellic violated campaign finance reform laws by accepting money in excess of the $300 limit. Mayor Plusquellic used a taxpayer funded city hall credit card for local fine dining, internet purchases, and art purchases. Mayor Plusquellic condemned to hell those people who disagreed with the lease of our sewer system. Finally, Mayor Plusquellic has placed his personal interests and the interests of his contributors and friends ahead of the public’s interest.
