stop repeat sex offenders!

To:  U.S Congress

I am asking that a law be passed that allows any offender in a criminal case that involes a minor child to have their rights removed as far as the priors they may have. To date, the offender has the right to keep his past offenses from the jury. He's on trial for rape and attempted kidknapping. The jury can not know that he is currently in jail, or the fact that he (or She) is a convicted child molester, or the fact that he or she has 5 other cases he or she was convited of already! Why should the offender have more rights than the victims? Enough already! The Williams rule was passed, why not this one! We need to get tougher on these preditors of children. Please, help pass a law that protects your children!
