We the undersigned fans of the character of the Tenth Doctor, portrayed in the BBC show Doctor Who, hereby petition that in a scene/scenes the Doctor is wearing a kilt. We realise that the Tenth Doctor is not Scottish and fans may see pictures of the actor, David Tennant, wearing a kilt yet there is nothing like seeing it on the big screen in your favourite program.
