Drum Hero

To:  Gamers

With the success of Rock Band and Guitar Hero, the next step is a game focusing on the drums. Growing up with a drummer in the house gave me great respect to these quiet folk in the back of the stage. The drum sets are already out there, all that needs to be added is a drum game. Progress through the careers of Danny Carey, Neil Pert, Jon Bonham, and Steve Smith. I will use Steve Smith as the example career.

Starting with Berklee College of Music where the user learns the fundamentals of drumming leading to the joining of Jean-Luc Ponty. This of course leading to Journey and his own creation, Vital Information. Throw in the random recordings with Mariah Carey, Bryan Adams and others, and eventually leading to the end of Journey. You have Jazz Legacy and more Vital Information. This career is insanely vast and not for the weak hearted.

Of course put in guitar and bass support, but the main focus is the Drummer Careers. Now some may prefer an assortment of drum songs like the assortment of songs in GH and RB. And I reply, by following the careers of 4-6 drummers there will be a huge assortment of tunes. Also, add a made up career mode consisting of all songs in the game and everyone will be pleased.
