Duke Endowment Transparency

To:  Duke University community

We, students, employees and alumni of Duke University petition:

1. That the Duke University Management Company (DUMAC) release a list of endowment holdings including share volume, date of purchase and date of sale.

2. That this list be updated quarterly to include all purchases and sales from the previous quarter.

3. That the aforementioned quarterly report also include an account of all proxy votes and sponsorships of shareholder resolutions made on behalf of the university

4. That this list be made available upon request, in a timely manner and free of charge to any member of the university community including students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

5. That the Advisory Committee on Investment Responsibility (ACIR):
(a) meet at least once every two months
(b) allow members of the university community to add issues of concern to the agenda
