Better Mac support for the DWL-122

Dear D-Link Systems, Inc.:

The part of the Macintosh community that has tried your USB Wireless adaptor (DWL-122) has been completely disgusted with your support on the Macintosh driver for this device. It is extremely buggy and obviously poorly written, frequently crashing/freezing Mac OS X, one of the most stable operating systems out there. Your driver is not only buggy, but it also is outdated, as Mac OS X 10.3 Panther has been out for a few months now and you have absolutely no support for it. Your driver doesn’t even work properly with the operating system it is said to support (10.2). What is more is that you deny that it is the driver’s fault and that it is the person’s computers fault, since you can’t reproduce them. More than 90% of the people that have used it have had these serious problems. How can you deny that it’s not your fault when nearly everyone is having the same problems? In conclusion, the fact that you advertise this product for the Macintosh community is a disgrace with its current driver. The undersigned demand that you complete with utmost speed the task of creating a reliable, up-to-date driver for Mac OS X 10.3 while retaining compatibility with Mac OS X 10.2. Thank you
