This is a petition to have E-bay remove the new Buyer Protection Plan that they are requiring sellers to use in September. And, Also, to reinstate Sellers ability to leave negative feedback for Buyers who demand a partial refund even though the item was as described and delivered in a timely manner.
The E-bay Buyer Protection Plan will allow E-bay to remove funds from your Paypal account and give them to the Buyer who claims that the item was significantly not as described, if E-bay decides in their favor.
