Never have Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 remade

Dear Hideo Kojima/Kojima Productions/Whom it may concern





Every two weeks or so, one of these petitions is made asking you to remake your original classic Metal Gear games (Metal Gear & Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake). However as an avid fan of these games (particularly Metal Gear 2) I hope it's not too much to ask for you to never remake these games, ever.





Unlike the pro-remake petitions, my petition requires you to do absolutely nothing, no need to start working on games you made 20 years ago in a series you've been trying to say goodbye to since 2001. You don't even have to acknowledge or listen to the actual contents of this petition, all I ask in regard to remakes of MG1/2 is you continue doing what you're doing know, nothing.





I've read your official stance on remakes and agree with it too, so in a sense this is really an endorsement of you current attitude





I look forward to your next project...Project 'S' with Suda51 and wish you the best of luck with th upcoming (circa 27 May 2008) release of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
