To:  To Doug Landale and The Walt Disney Production Company

The Weekenders started as a Saturday Morning Cartoon on ABC's One Saturday Morning in 2000, right before Recess. Now, it is in syndication on Toon Disney. March 15, 2002, was the last time a new episode of this fabulous cartoon aired. It was just one and it had been a while since a new episode of the cartoon had been aired. We are not alone in saying that this cartoon is way better than Recess. The Weekenders show ingenuity with characters like Tino, Carver, Lor, and Tish who are less than perfect and never try to be perfect. They hold many things over the heads of other cartoon characters; they lead realistic lives, have realistic family situations, change their clothes, have realistic school lives. Now, this show isn't trying to be realistic 100%, but it captures something that no other cartoon has and to quit it is to do damage to something that is one of the best things out there. Simply airing the show is not enough, add new episodes so we can relish in the joy of our favorite cartoon!

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
