How?
It's a soap. Everyone dies, and then comes back to life atleast once, Now it's Emily's turn.
Helena kidnaped her, and brainwashed her to believe she is Rebecca.

So many possibilities.

(PS: when Emily is back. Please give us a Nik/Em baby! We've been waiting forever for a Cassadine/Q baby :) )
