Bill C-420, An Act to Amend the Food and Drugs Act

Petition to the House of Commons in Parliament Assembled

Whereas:

1. Canadians have the right to choice in their personal health care;
2. Many Canadians are frustrated by the over-regulation of Natural Health Products (NHPs); and
3. Bill C-420, An Act to Amend the Food and Drugs Act, responds to the reasonable requests of Canadians.

We, residents of Canada, call upon Parliament to amend the definitions “drug” and “food” of the Food and Drugs Act by repealing subsections 3(1) and (2) and Schedule A.
