We the undersigned Petition Dartford Borough Council to return the Kidd Legacy Land in Lowfiled Street, Dartford.In its entirity as decreed by Col Kidd in 1903 to the people and residents of Dartford and to stop the building of TESCO'S on this land. And the re-building of the old drill hall to it's former state
