Petition for an equal treatment of international members and U.S. members in the official Nickelback Fan Club

We, in the following text mentioned Nickelback fans, request equal and fair conditions for international members of the official Nickelback Fan Club which are applying for U.S. residents.

Up to now, international members have to pay a higher annual fee to join the fanclub but they don't get the same offers like members who are U.S. residents. We don't have a chance to take place in contests, we don't have a possibility to get so called VIP-tickets or early entrance passes.

The fact that there is only a smaller amount of international members in the official Nickelback fanclub cannot be the reason for this second class treatment. We have only such a smal amount of international members because the conditions to join are so bad for us and not vice versa. It should also be a fanclub's interest to offer better conditions for international members because this is the only way for more international members to join the fanclub.

Wir, die im Folgenden genannten Nickelback- Fans, fordern die gleichen, fairen Bedingungen für internationale Mitglieder des offiziellen Nickelback- Fanclubs, die auch für U.S. Bürger gelten.

Bislang sollen internationale Mitglieder einen höheren Jahresbeitrag als Beitrittsgebühr bezahlen, bekommen aber dafür nicht annähernd die gleichen Angebote, wie die Mitglieder aus den USA. Wir kommen nicht in den Genuss, an Gewinnspielen teilnehmen zu können, wir haben bisher keine Möglichkeit sog. VIP- Tickets oder Early Entrance Passes etc. zu bekommen.

Die Tatsache, dass es bisher nur wenige internationale Mitglieder im Fanclub gibt, kann nicht die Begründung für diese zweitklassige Behandlung sein. Denn es sind nur deshalb so wenig internationale Mitglieder beigetreten, weil die Bedingungen für uns so schlecht sind, nicht umgekehrt. Es sollte daher auch im Interesse des Fanclubs sein, den internationalen Mitgliedern bessere Bedingungen zu bieten, denn nur so werden diese Mitglieder auch zahlreicher werden.

Wenn du diese Petition unterstützen und damit wie wir erreichen möchtest, dass den internationalen Mitgliedern im Fanclub die gleichen oder sehr ähnlichen Möglichkeiten zu gleichen Preisen wie den US Mitgliedern geboten werden, dann unterstütze diese Petition mit deiner Unterschrift, bzw. durch das Ausfüllen der Felder unten.

Pétition pour un traitement égal des membres internationaux et membres nord-américains dans le Fan Club officiel de Nickelback.

Nous, nommés fans de Nickelback dans le texte suivant, demandons que les membres internationaux du Fan Club de Nickelback bénéficient des mêmes conditions que les membres nord-américains.

Jusqu’à présent, les membres internationaux doivent payer un tarif annuel plus élevé pour rejoindre le Fan Club mais ils n’ont pas les mêmes offres que les membres qui sont résidents nord-américain. Nous n’avons pas la chance de participer aux concours, nous n’avons pas la possibilité d’avoir des tickets VIP ou des pass pour entrer en avance (« early entry passes »).

Le fait qu’il y a peu de membres internationaux dans le Fan Club officiel de Nickelback ne peut pas être la raison de ce traitement de deuxième classe. Nous avons peu de membres internationaux seulement parce que les conditions pour adhérer sont mauvaises pour nous et non vice versa. Cela devrait être aussi l’intérêt du Fan Club d’offrir de meilleures conditions aux membres internationaux parce que c’est le seul moyen pour que plus de membres le rejoignent.
