Petition to Create A Community Center

To:  United Neighbors of Lower Roxbury

We, the undersigned Lower Roxbury / South End residents, support the renovation or new construction of the building located at 90 Windsor Street, Roxbury, Mass. for the purpose of creating a community center that serves the growing needs of residents.

We believe that this building represents one of few assets remaining in the neighborhood.Thus, we do not support any proposal that would sell or lease the building to an organization or private enterprise that is incorporated for a purpose other than directly serving the needs of the neighborhood.
