ABANDON DES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE
Essayons d'en finir ou de réduire l'abandon d'animaux de compagnie et d'assurer le bien-être des animaux dans le cas d' abandon.
Nous avons besoin d'une loi qui oblige les proprietaires à:

- l'identification de tous les animaux

- au cas ou le propriétaire ne pourrait pas garder les animaux, il devra assurer

le paiement d'une somme mensuelle pour accorder la bonne qualité de la vie

animale dans le chenil.

- en cas d'abandon, une amende lourde devra être payée comme les dépenses pour la

récupération de l'animal et de la somme mensuelle au-dessus référé.

- au cas ou la personne ne peut pas payer pour contribuer, elle devra contribuer

par le travail communitaire dans le chenil

- obligation à tous les vendeurs d'identifier les acheteurs -

- au moment de l'achat,l'acheteur devra signer un document se conformant à ces

derniers et à d'autres mesures qui peuvent être augmentés pour pouvoir acheter

l'animal.

- le vendeur offrira le bloc instructif au sujet de l'espèce ou de la race,

décrivant le caractère, les conseils sur l'éducation,les soins, la nourriture,

parmi d'autres infos

- l'enregistrement des animaux (chiens) devrait être accompagné de l'image et de

l'identification des signes particuliers



ABANDONO DE ANIMAIS DE ESTIMACAO
Tentemos acabar ou reduzir os abandonos de animais de companhia e assegurar o bem estar dos animais em caso de abandono.

Necessitamos uma lei que obrigue os proprietarios de seja qual a especie a:
-Identificação de todos os animais

-Em caso de não poder guardar os animais terà de assegurar o pagamento de uma soma mensual paragarantir o bom trato do seu animal em canil o resto da vida.

-Em caso de abandono uma multa pesada deverà ser paga tal como os gastos de recuperação do animal e a mensualidade acima referida.

-Em caso de não poder pagar terà de contribuir com trabalho comunitario em canil

-Obrigar todos os vendedores a identificar os compradores

-No momento da compra o o comprador terà de assinar documento a concordar com estas e outras medidas que se possam ser acrescentadas afim de poder comprar o animal.

-O vendedor deverà oferecer bloco informativo sobre a especie ou raça, descrevendo o caracter, conselhos de treino, manusiemento, cuidados, alimentação entre outras infos

- O registo dos animais (cães) deverà ser acompanhado por por foto e identificação de sinais particulares

ABANDON OF PETS
Lets try to finish or to reduce the abandon of pets and to assure the welfare of the animals in the case if abandon.
we need a law that oblige the pet owners to:

-Identify of all of the animals

-In case of the owner not to be able to keep the animals he will have to assure the payment of a monthly sum to grant the good quality of life of the animal in kennel.

-In case of abandon an heavy fine should be paid as the expense of recuperation of the animal and the monthly sum above referred.

-In case of do not be able to pay person will have to contribute with comunity work in kennel

-Obligation to all the salers to identify the buyers

-In The moment of the purchase the the buyer will have to sign a document complying with these and other measures that can be increased, to be able to buy the animal.

-The salesperson will offer informative block about the especie or race, describing the caracter, advices of training, handeling, care, food among other infos

- The registration of the animals (dogs) should be accompanied by picture and identification of particular signs
