To Remove The Truth Commercials from TV

This petition is to completely remove all the "Truth" commercials from our TV. My argument is simple, the Truth commercials are annoying and ineffective. Whoever was hired for the task to carry out this ridiculous marketing campaign should be fired and never be allowed to exercise this type of work again. As a former smoker myself, I feel that these commercials do nothing to stop people from smoking. Not only they are annoying but they contain very little significance of why people should actually try to stop smoking. There is way more efficient ways which would include showing the results of smoking to the lungs and other disgusting images which are effective. Please remove this annoying commercials from our TV.
