Firefox static scrollbar option

Firefox needs some toggle-able option that reads:



[x] I know the content doesn't really warrant a scrollbar, but I am a web developer, and I would like scrollbars to be shown all the time, so the content stays in the same place when I tab back and forth between various pages. Thanks.







However, we'd also accept the functionality, with an altered option label in the settings dialog.
