BORDERS AT FOUNTAIN GATE!!!

As people may be aware, the night club Furnace has shut down, leaving an empty store at Westfield Fountain Gate. Apparently, this store is to be turned into a Harris Scarfe, which is something that people just doesn't need. What we do need is a Borders bookstore.

Although Fountain Gate already has two bookstores, they are both Angus and Robertson and only offer a limited range compared to that of Borders. Borders stores boast DVD, music, stationary, game and children's sections, as well as a HUGE range of books, fiction and non-fiction, and some even have a café in store.

Casey is in great need of more resources for its local students of Professional Writing, and Borders would provide more immediate resources and even jobs. And it will benefit all students. Borders will be a valuable addition to Fountain Gate and the community.
