Free Gregory Edward Wright

New date scheduled for execution: Oct.30th 2008

Gregory Edward Wright was wrongly convicted of murder 10 years ago in the State of Texas. He has now been given an execution date of September 9th, 2008.

and includes DNA evidence that excludes him from association with the murder weapon and clothing worn by the guilty party.

We call for a Moratorium on the Death Penalty imposed on Gregory Wright, and exoneration or the opportunity for a retrial and commutation of the death sentence in the light of innocence.
