Against Unfair Judging in Russia-Slovenia 2nd match |
To: FIFADear FIFA leaders!
We, Russian National Team fans, think that the match Slovenia-Russia was going under unfair conditions. First of all, we think that the referee made many stupid mistakes which had a strong influence on the result of the match. We believe that this referee does not satisfy the high requirments of these play-off matches. We believe that Hauge's judging in the match was strongly biased. We believe that, to honor equal opportunities and principles of fair play, this match and Hauge's judging needs to be carefully analyzed.
Additionally we want to draw your attention to the episode in 2nd half where a knife was thrown at Igor Akinfeev by Slovenian Team's fans. This knife was given to the referee, and the evidence is clearly there and recorded. We all know that according to the FIFA rules, such episode should mean a technical loss for Slovenian team. However, this did not happen - again we're facing a referee mistake, or even intentional action.
We fight for fairness both in play and judging. We strongly believe that judging in this match was not fair and against FIFA's high standards. We vote for technical disqualification of Slovenian team, and for disciplinary action and disqualification for the match's referee.Sincerely,
