As fans of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR), it has become apparent that in order to create an fully entertaining event, Rusty Wallace should be given the opportunity to run in a competitive event at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Thus, we hereby petition NASCAR and Rusty Wallace to accept (at least) a temporary reinstatment to active racing for Rusty Wallace, in order to drive at Bristol again.
