Petition to Go Merch regarding the Folie a Deux presale

We, the undersigned, failed to receive our copies of "Folie a Deux" on or before the release date of December 16, 2008. We are irate that some of us pre-ordered the cd back in October when it was up for sale and STILL do not have a copy. We are loyal fans of this band and many of us have put our blood, sweat, tears and hard earned cash into this band and it is very disheartening to be treated this way. The whole point of pre-ordering is so that you can get your CD before the release date. Why would I pre-order it when I can go to Best Buy? By not receiving our cds on time, some of us were forced to go out and buy a second copy. A time honored tradition I've done for 2/3 of FOB's prior releases. We could have easily downloaded "Folie a Deux" illegally prior to its release but held off because we are faithful to our band.

We would like some kind of action taken on this matter. I request that our priority shipping be refunded for those of us who failed to receive this cd on or before the release date of December 16, 2008.
