We, the undersigned, have been unable to receive e-mail to our Yahoo! accounts since at least Saturday morning, February 10th, 2007.
We also declare that if we have contacted Yahoo! free of charge about this problem, they have not responded (as of the date of signing the petition) . Furthermore, Yahoo! has also not attempted to contact us in any other way to explain the problem (as of the date of signing the petition).
We demand that Yahoo! take action about the problem -- even if that action should be only that they let us know what the problem is and when it will get resolved!
We are also appaled that one of the only way that seemingly exists to discuss this problem with Yahoo! is to pay $29.99 for a "express help" package which they offer. We refuse to pay a provider to get support for a problem that they are causing!
