First off I wish to applaud and thank Wisconsin's Governor Jim Doyle for taking proper measures on Question 62 regarding anyone holding a small game license the right to shoot any outdoor feline not wearing a collar as "unprotected".

We the people of the world ask Wisconsin's Governor Jim Doyle to please take proper measures concerning a website http://www.buckstix.com to be shut down for promoting hate of feral cats and illegally using handmade 12 pound Coehorn Mortar Cannons to shoot and eradicate feral cats.

This site promotes hate, cruelty, and inhumane treatment of felines as well as depecting the illegal use of these cannons as a "spectator sport".

Mr. Doyle, we the people of the world ask that you take action against this website based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and its cruel and unethical stance opposing your decision against Question 62 in April 2005.
