We, the undersigned, have created this petition regarding the proposed development by Meacham Family Trust and Toonen Properties for a mixed use development of an office park and multi-family units (apartments) in the 793 block of Frederic Court, Village of Howard, Wisconsin.

It is our conclusion that the proposal, as currently stated, does not account for a number of our concerns. These concerns include but are not limited to: increased local and highway traffic; aesthetics; integration and compatibility with surrounding properties; decreased property values; environmental impacts; increased light and noise; rural character of adjacent and nearby properties.

We would like the Village of Howard and developers to satisfactorily address these concerns or, failing that, abandon the development as currently proposed.
