FREE NEPH!

This petition is to be submitted to the World of Warcraft governing body concerning a Mr. Phateri. Neph has long been our game enhancer. He's the go to guy when things become blah as often times they do. We would like the governing body of WoW to enact legislation to force Mr. Phateri to go back to being the "old Neph"...or in street terms the "OG Neph". He has become very quiet and subdued in an attempt to be an adult...or maybe he was picked on too much... I can't answer these questions as I am not a doctor or psychologist. Please join me in filling this petition with signatures to force the OG Neph to return.
