The following undersigned citizens are in full support of Chillicothe City Council in terminating its contract with Redflex Inc for the installation and services of "Red Light Traffic Cameras" and "Safe Speed Vans". The undersigned , by signing , agrees that the contract must be terminated with Redflex Incorporated and the Chillicothe City Council must be fiscally responsible for all early contract termination fees and penalties. The undersigned has been informed of the unconstitutional agreement between Redflex Incorporated and the unconstitutional act of taking criminal matters and making them in to civil matters for our local courts. The Undersigned has been informed of the unconstitutional ruling of the Attorney General Cox in the State of Michigan who has already ruled that they are unconstitutional in the state of Michigan.

The undersigned citizen(s) would in the very least be in support of a public vote on the next available ballot to determine the fate of the Red Light safety cameras. The following undersigned are brave,patriotic Americans who still believe that dissent towards government is every American's patriotic duty. The undersigned citizen has not had a gurantee of safety with installation of red light traffic cameras. The undersigned has been informed of intersection traffic accident increases due to said red light cameras. The undersigned may or may not be a taxpayer who would like to see taxpayer dollars fund more intersection patrols of law enforcement agencies. The undersigned believes in the action of democracy and acknowledges the voice of constituents to the government republic.
The following undersigned is a believer in individuality and personal freedom.

The undersigned will take action to elect new city council members therefor removing all those responsible for this unconstitutional act unless the said members make motion to remove and terminate this contract the city signed with the Redflex traffic system immediately.
