Dear Honorable Prime Minister Singh,
As an Indian citizen and representative of the younger generation, I request your permission to allow the Friends Without Borders concert to take place on the IndoPak border itself on the night of August 14th, 2007 leading into August 15th. I believe this important and symbolic bi-lateral call for friendship a collective voice from the people - can and will bring real and lasting change. Our generation is ready for change.
