We feel strongly about backing out the patch for Firefox Bug# 303806 - Wallpaper patch for better appearance on Windows XP / Luna [Win] because of either bugs it has caused, we feel that it makes the Luna or Classic themes ugly in many ways; be it too much padding, long menus, unprofessional look or for any other reason.
