After the ridiculous decission made by the World Motor Sport Council about the possession of Ferrari's documents by the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team illegaly, and even if we know that this is going nowhere, I start this petition asking for common sense to the FIA after McLaren Mercedes has been found guilty of violating the rules of Formula One, but amazingly they have not been punished.

We do not want F1 to be just a commercial show, and the violation of the rules with such amazing seriousness requires very hard penalties.

F1 must not be a joke.
