Amend Georgia Code 4-8-21(9)(b) |
To: Georgia General AssemblyWe the people of Georgia hereby petition the Georgia General Assembly to amend the Georgia Code 4-8-21(9)(b) with the following language; The state of Georgia recognizes that dogs are personal property. No city, county, or state authority shall restrict or prohibit the ownership of dogs based solely upon breed, or physical description. The state of Georgia declares that no dog breed, or mixed breed is inherently dangerous.
