Terry Butcher should go

To:  The Scottish Football Association

We, the undersigned, feel that as a result of childish and inappropriate behaviour before, during and after Scotland's international friendly against Argentina, Terry Butcher has made his position untenable and should be asked to resign immediately. This would avoid further embarrassment to both the Scotland squad and it's supporters.
