JUSTICIA PARA LOS TRABAJADORES DESPEDIDOS ILEGALMENTE DE PDVSA EN 2003

Apoyamos y exigimos una “ESTRICTA Y CONTUNDENTE CONDENA” al actual gobierno de Venezuela en el caso N° 2249, por las razones siguientes:

•DESPIDO MASIVO, ILEGAL E INJUSTIFICADO de más de VEINTE MIL (20.000) trabajadores de la Empresa estatal PETROLEOS DE VENEZUELA S.A. (PDVSA), por participar en una huelga o paro cívico nacional en Diciembre de 2002.

•VIOLACIÓN DE FUEROS ESPECIALES por despido de trabajadores inamovibles suspendidos médicamente, mujeres embarazadas y en período maternal, así como dirigentes sindicales.

•DESALOJO MASIVO E ILEGAL DE VIVIENDAS sin estar judicialmente firmes los despidos.

•VIOLACIÓN AL DERECHO DE SINDICALIZACIÓN en UNAPETROL.

•VIOLACION A LA LIBERTAD DE TRABAJO en empresas distintas a PDVSA.

•VIOLACIÓN DEL DERECHO AL DEBIDO PROCESO por declinatorias masivas de jurisdicción en los tribunales y por procedimientos viciados en el Ministerio del Trabajo, ambos bajo la influencia del gobierno.

•NEGATIVA A RECONOCER JUBILACIONES Y REINCORPORACIONES.

•OMISIÓN DE PAGO de indemnizaciones laborales.

•ACOSO Y PERSECUCIÓN policial y judicial a dirigentes sindicales de CTV y UNAPETROL.

Esperamos que ante ese órgano internacional prevalezcan la imparcialidad y la justicia, para resguardar adecuada y oportunamente los derechos de todos los trabajadores venezolanos, cuyas violaciones han denunciado.
