GameFAQS. A massive site with thousands of members. They are very protective about offensive material, misuse, etc. But they do allow two HTML tags. Bolding and Italics. However, they don't have underlining. There is absolutely NOTHING to lose with adding this functionality. It's harmless as the other tags allowed, and doesn't take up much server power. It can also be VERY useful. There is ABSOLUTELY NO LOSS POSSIBLE by adding this.
