As we all know, puppy mills are north americas number one dog breeders, and as we all know their living space is filthy and they are treated like crap. Now the number one supporters of puppy mills are pet stores. My petition is to ban the sales of cats and dogs in pet stores, which in turn should put puppy mills out of business and no more dogs will be neglected and abused.
