Dear Challenge,

Commencing April 14, 2004, we are campaigning for further repeats of Hewland International's videogames show, GamesMaster.

While we appreciate that Series 1 was given a try, we feel that because of the short number of episodes, the show did not have a strong enough chance to establish an audience. The later series had a lot more shows per series and were far more entertaining and had found much more confidence.

It took a while for Challenge TV favourite Knightmare to find its place on the channel but its hugely popular now. The same can surely be done with GamesMaster, if advertised as a retro gaming show.

All we ask is that you give GamesMaster one last go with Series 2, as it was far more entertaining and had a whopping 26 shows to get through. There's no chance of people getting bored with continual loops once the series has finished.

The legion of Knightmare fans have deservedly got to see every series so its only fair that the same can be provided to the GamesMaster fans!
