Make Go-peds (motorised Scooters) Legal

There are alot of Goppedders around the United Kingdom who use our Gopeds as a mean of small transportation. These gopeds do not rule under a class act of being a motorised vehicle as they are less then 50cc and not intended for road use.
we have decided to create this petition as we Need to make Goped's legal for road use Just like a Bike. or maybe on p-avements if over a certain ages just like in the USA.
Providing protective equipment is warn etc.

we would abide to rules setout for us and proove that we are all not to mess around but would stick to guide lines if provided
