Construction of Real Gotham City

To:  Warner Bros., Universal Studios, and Batman Franchise Affiliates

To Universal Studios, Warner Bros., and Batman franchise affiliates:

After much thought, I've decided to make the suggestion of building a full size, real Gotham City.

Yes, this is a bit of a daunting suggestion, but the logic behind it is sound none-the-less.

Some of the benefits to this project would be:

- an enormous tourism industry and tourism income
- lots of business
- new jobs and opportunities for people
- new and groundbreaking marketing for the Batman franchise
- immortalizing the Batman legacy for all of today's generations and generations to come
- provides desirable real estate
- opens up much business opportunity with new partners

I, for one, can not see any downside to this idea that cannot be overcome:

- funding could be assisted by numerous business partners and investors
- Gotham City is on an island, which can just as well be man-made

Surely any other issues can be dealt with, but incidentally the pros outweigh the cons both economically, structurally, globally, socially, and even financially.

I realize that this is an enormous undertaking, but the undersigned and I support this idea.
