Gears of War2 Cheaters/glitchers punishment to harsh?

How can epic ban people when glitching/cheating a rank is a game error.
As in people cheat their ranks by either having a modded xbox or having the account glitch.

Well i understand you have the right to ban modded xbox people but what about the glitched ones??? How do they know they glitched achievements and isnt that a ingame error/exploit that people may accidently/purposely conflict. Its not the peoples fault for the glitch but at the same time its epics fault for not fixing that glitch.

So i dont think epic cannn actually reset your gamerscore for the glitchers or anything but i think they can for the 100s of cheaters out there with the modded xbox.

Why not make the ranks server sided

Im a gears of war freak i love the game. I basically sold all my games and only play gears 2. IM not a glitcher or anything but i enjoy it. And play it fair.

According to mygamercard.net im ranked the best for my country which i am really happy and proud of.



Also why not make the ranks server sided like call of duty and even halo 3.
This is a huge disapointment epic made.

Another problem with gears of war 2 is its full of glitches anyways. Halo 3 for example is such a useless game and it has barley any glitches and was made at the old time.

So why not put some effort epic? Why let people host when you can host it in dedicated servers like bungie and call of duty and have the best connection person stream off your dedicated and have other streams off.

This is really idiotic for epic to ban people but i think its appropiate to ban the modded xbox people and some* of the glitchers because i know a friend who is amazingly thick headed (d....u...m...b) and he signed out and signed back in glitched everything and he was like wdf??



Also.... This is really funny you may think im supporting them but im not.
Reason why i said above is why not host in dedicated is because you have laag switchers.

People that can cheat their rank to the top by bridging host and glitching all users.



SEE EPIC. HOW MANY MISTAKES YOU HAVE MADE AND HOW MANY USERS HAVE MADE. I JUST THINK YOU SHOULD MAKE THE RANKS SERVER SIDED. RESETTING GAMERSCORES IS HARSH. AND PLEASE FIX THE LAAG SWITCHERS I AM REALLY ANNOYED AND EXTREMELY CLOSE TO QUIT!!
