Belgian Grand Prix - Confirm result of race after Hamilton's penalty

We the undersigned insist that the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) confirm the decision made to add 25 seconds to the finishing time of Lewis Hamilton (McLaren-Mercedes) in the Formula 1 Belgian Grand-Prix (07/September/2008).
We believe the decision that has been made to be right because the rules must be respected, Hamilton has take an advantage from his cutting chicane, this advantage are identifiable in the line of his race and his speed in the following straight. Speed which allowed easy overtaking at the "Source".
