100,000,000 Americans for the Gold and Silver standard

Fellow Americans,

I believe that it is time that we go back to the gold and silver standard! The united states dollar was taken completely off of the gold and silver standard during the depression, well I say we put it back on. I say this for several reasons; First being to preserve the value of the dollar, as most of you know the GBP is worth twice as much as the USD and the German form of Currency is worth even more, if we make a move back to the Gold and Silver standard we will have fewer dollars on the market and have a more powerful monetary system than Britain, or Germany; Secondly for those Artisans who make Sterling Silver Jewelry or any jewelry made of precious metals for that matter. With the dollar being on the Gold and Silver standard it would increase the value of these precious metals and make for better business for all jewelry artisans.

Many other reasons have been figured for this drastic move, and I hope that you can see things from the light of those of us pushing for the Gold and Silver standard!
