The Georgia Tech Rugby Football Club (GTFC) has been in existence since 1975 and has accumulated the history of many generations of rugby players. For GTRFC to grow and prosper in an increasingly competitive environment, as well as enjoy the preservation of the longstanding traditions of the club, an Affinity Group (AG) should be formed as an organized and publicized body for collaboration. It is the policy of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association (GTAA) to NOT share lists of alumni with individuals not otherwise affiliated with the Institutes Alumni Association (except with the alumni volunteer officers of AGs and clubs). Thus, the alumni must clearly identify themselves in having an interest in the mission of an AG.

We are the supporters of the Georgia Tech Rugby Football Club. We are petitioning the GTAA for the formal recognition of an Affinity Group engaged in the unifying purpose of supporting Georgia Tech and its students through fostering the sport of rugby at Georgia Tech. We agree to be charter members of the AG and to volunteer to sustain this grassroots effort.
